This year we're hosting a Christmas in July Lunch on the Sunshine Coast with private chef Jerome Kiers. It's a lovely way to mark the season with family, friends or the team from work, without the December rush. Here's what the day looks like.
A festive lunch in the heart of the gardens
Join us on Saturday 25 July, with arrivals from 11am. You'll be welcomed with a festive aperitif on arrival, then settle in for a three-course Christmas lunch surrounded by the gardens.
It's Christmas as only Fairhill does it — the warmth and sparkle of the season, set against a green mid-winter backdrop rather than the heat of December. A relaxed, beautiful afternoon in Ninderry, a short drive from Coolum, Maroochydore and Noosa.
French flair meets farm-to-table
Private chef Jerome Kiers brings French flair to the table, combined with seasonal farm-to-table feasting featuring native Australian flavours. It's a festive menu with a real sense of place — the classic comfort of a Christmas lunch, cooked with produce of the season and a distinctly local accent.
