1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Fairhill Adventure Gardens website and facilities, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Entry and Admission
Entry Requirements
- Entry tickets must be purchased in advance or at the gate
- Children under 16 must be supervised at all times
- Groups of 10+ require advance booking
- Entry fees are non-refundable except as required by law
Opening Hours
We are open daily. Special closures may apply on public holidays or severe weather events.
3. Visitor Conduct
All visitors must comply with the following rules:
- Respect all plants, wildlife, and garden infrastructure
- Stay on designated paths and walkways
- No smoking anywhere on the property
- No alcohol except in licensed cafe areas
- Dogs welcome on leads; registered assistance animals welcome in all areas
- Professional photography requires prior permission
- Drones are prohibited without written permission
4. Safety and Liability
Important Safety Information
Fairhill is a natural environment. Visitors enter at their own risk and should:
- Watch for uneven surfaces and natural hazards
- Supervise children around water features and farm animals
- Wear appropriate footwear
- Stay hydrated and sun-safe
- Report any hazards to staff immediately
To the extent permitted by law, Fairhill Adventure Gardens is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from your visit.
5. Bookings and Cancellations
General Admission
Tickets can be transferred to another date with 24 hours notice. Refunds are only provided if we cancel due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Events and Workshops
Cancellations made 7+ days before receive full refund. 3-6 days: 50% refund. Less than 3 days: no refund unless we can fill your spot.
Celebrations and Functions
Separate terms apply as per your function agreement. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
6. Photography and Filming
Personal photography is welcomed. By entering our gardens, you consent to being photographed or filmed for our promotional purposes. Commercial photography, filming, or drone usage requires prior written permission and may incur fees.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fairhill Adventure Gardens and protected by Australian copyright laws.
8. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the site and informs users of our data collection practices.
9. Nursery Purchases
Plant Health Guarantee:We guarantee healthy plants at time of purchase. No refunds after plants leave our nursery, but we're happy to provide care advice.
Special Orders: Require 50% deposit. Balance due on collection. Orders not collected within 30 days may be resold.
Delivery: Available for orders over $100 within 20km. Delivery fees apply. Plants must be inspected on delivery.
10. Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from purchase date. Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost cards cannot be replaced. Valid for all garden experiences, cafe, and nursery purchases.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
