I’m always happy to visit Fairhill. Usually I have a coffee and buy a plant or two. The range available is still expanding. I look forward to being able to purchase more flowering Natives, and I’d like to see some Australian themed garden ornaments. The staff are very friendly and it’s very pleasant to sit in the garden.

The great food and coffee is the reason I regularly meet up with my friend for a catch up in the Cafe. What makes it extra special is the gardens and how relaxing the ambience is.

Totally professional and knowledgeable advice on what to plant for our new septic system given in a friendly, open manner that made the experience very pleasant. Followed by a coffee and lunch...thank you! We also had a car club lunch on a day, which was low key and relaxing in the sun.

Fairhill Gardens at Ninderry is a true hidden gem. The whole-food meals are fresh and delicious, complemented by mineral water served at the table. The beautiful natural surrounds, with mature trees, a lake, goats, chickens, and abundant wildlife, create a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. It’s incredibly family-friendly, with fun entertainment and plenty of space to relax and enjoy nature. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. A special mention to Angela, the manager, who is an absolute angel and makes everyone feel valued and at home. Highly recommended!

I used to visit often when I lived nearby. Love the cafe, fairy gardens and just exploring nature in this private safe space. I always went with my kids. Also attended the family friendly events. Staff at front counter/cashier were always friendly. Looking forward to visit again, it will be a bigger trip, but always think about my next visit!

We absolutely love coming to Fairhill. There’s just an awesome vibe and so many things to see and do for kiddos and adults. We have loved seeing your venue evolve and elevate over the last few years, and now that we have 2 little ones we just love all you have to offer, especially recently with all your additions and experiences. Only one thing I could mention to look at would be the kids menu options, we would love to see a couple of more options there. We really do love coming down here and spending some time with the chickens and ducks and having something warm and yummy in our bellies. Well done guys you really have created such a beautiful space from where it was a few years ago 🤎🤎🤎

The staff were definitely a highlight for us. My friend and I both had different planting needs and the staff really knew their stuff. They spent time with us and made sure we got what we needed. The sale helped us too as we could really stock up. Our brekky at the cafe was also AMAZING! Such a lovely vibe at Fairhill again and wonderful to see all ages enjoying the space.

Hi I love what you are doing with the extended eating area and think it is wonderful that you are supporting local farmers, artists, artisans by selling their products and art in your store (i am one of your artisans ☺️). We love having coffee with friends in the garden and staff are always welcoming and friendly. I think getting animals in for kids to pat is a great idea and gives kids a nice farm experience. One suggestion - Last time we visited we went for a walk around the bush up passed the cafe and found it a bit unclear of exactly were we could and couldnt go. We also went down to dam and walked back up driveway to carport which was quite lovely but found it was a bit short and thought it might have been nice to have had a longer walk...but we still think it's a lovely place to visit and great to see a local small business giving it a good go 😊.

Recently our German Conversation Class had lunch at the Fairhill Adventure Gardens, and we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, the sound of native birds combined with the laughter of children, softly clucking chickens and bleating goats. The young lady who served the yummy food was lovely and quickly rearranged the seats and tables for us so that we could sit in the shade of trees and umbrellas. Many thanks to her and to the whole team! It's a beautiful spot, and I am sure we will be back.

Love the combination of Garden, Nursery, Cafe and gift shop. The cafe is great with beautiful food and coffee. Just loved the native trees supporting small birds. We saw the Rufous Fantail and the Eastern Yellow Robin (I think). The environment is beautiful. Bought a Corymbia about a year ago grafted on-site which has flowered and Is going gang busters.

I have been visiting Fairhill Nursery for many years to buy native plants and was most disappointed when it close. However, its re-birth over the past few years has brought a smile to my face, and with the additions it's bigger and better than before.

A hidden sanctuary. Beautiful gardens, a calming atmosphere, delicious food and great coffee. Every visit feels special and restorative. One of those rare places where you can truly slow down, relax and enjoy the moment. It's especially lovely for families, with children delighting in the chooks and geese that roam freely throughout the grounds. The safe, natural setting creates a sense of peace and wonder that's increasingly hard to find. A truly special place that keeps us coming back.

Relaxing atmosphere and a very patient animal host who was great with kids. It was nice have breaks between animal activities so you could play or eat something. I would say collecting the eggs was really a bit scary for most of the people there. Only the kids that were used to chickens were okay. The chickens are quite aggressive and keep coming at you and pecking at your shoes and feet. And if you try and move away they keep coming. My 4yo son was getting swarmed by them he calmly tried to move away but tripped over as he did, and then the chickens kept coming at him and pecking him while he was on the ground. Most of us didn’t enjoy it and went outside the fence again.

Have been twice now. Love the cafe and the fresh and local food with many gluten free options for me as a coeliac. Brought the grandchildren and they loved all the activities with the farm animals, especially the goat walk and the chicks. So much to keep them occupied. They loved the fairy trail but we just wish there were more fairy dolls/sculptures/models etc to discover along the trail. I'm guessing they would need to be cemented in to stop some people taking or moving them, but that would make the discovery side of the trail even better for the little ones. Will be back again and again.

Absolutely love what you guys have created here! Thanks for creating such a unique and family friendly place! We absolutely love coming out! I do have concerns over some things I witnessed on multiple occasions with customer children throwing rocks at ducks and chickens, chasing them etc. It would be great if your staff could better manage the guests so this isn’t allowed to occur as it was extremely distressing to witness. (Unfortunately the parents didn't seem to care).

What a great space run by people who really care. Lovely grounds, awesome little café and play area for the kids. The nursery plants are great and well priced. We bought some beautiful Fraser Island apple trees, they were on special but we purchased some other things as well and I didn't notice we got charged the full price until we were on our way back to Tewantin. I left it as I was happy with what I'd paid and we love what they do. Someone working there realised the mistake and refunded my card the difference later that day! The most incredible, pro active customer service experience I've had in years.

I recently visited this charming nursery and cafe on a recommendation from a friend, and it was truly a delightful experience. We drove all the way from Brisbane just for breakfast, and it was absolutely worth it! The cafe is surrounded by lush flowers and greenery, giving it a serene, nature-inspired atmosphere. The interior is cozy and welcoming, with a lovely native-inspired decor that complements the outdoor setting beautifully. There's also a small, peaceful lake nearby, which adds to the relaxing ambiance. The food was delicious—especially the pate we purchased to take home, which was a real treat! While the menu could benefit from a few more options, everything we tried was fresh and flavourful. This spot is popular not only for its food but also for its beautiful plants, so it's perfect for both plant lovers and foodies. It's a great destination for a day out, whether you're looking for a quiet retreat, a family outing, or a casual catch-up with friends. If you're in the Sunshine Coast area, this cafe is definitely worth a visit—you might even leave with a few new plants for your own garden!
