About this event
Celebrate the season the Fairhill way, with a delicious seasonal, farm-to-table festive menu woven through with native bushtucker flavours. Join us on Saturday 25 July — arrive from 11am for aperitifs, then settle in for lunch. We can also welcome larger parties for lunch and dinner on select dates throughout July. Advance bookings only and subject to availability — give us a call or drop us an email to enquire and book. We're also taking bookings now for our Country Christmas (20 November – 20 December). Our festive menu
Lunch from 11am, Saturday 25 July. Three courses, $95 per guest — a welcome aperitif on arrival, then a seasonal, farm-to-table feast woven through with native bushtucker flavours.

- Welcome aperitif
- Fresh bread & lemon myrtle butter
- Mushroom arancini, pumpkin cream, rocket
- King prawns, Marie Rose emulsion, pickled cucumber, toasted buckwheat
- Vegetarian guest: prawns entrée replaced with beetroot, tofu, feta, pistachio, pickles
Main course
- Roast turkey breast with Davidson plum & rosemary gravy, crispy sage, macadamia
- Vegetarian guest: turkey main replaced with roasted cauliflower, halloumi, pomegranate molasses, smoked coconut labneh, pepitas
- Roasted potatoes with garlic & thyme
- Charred broccolini, toasted almonds
- Baby carrots glazed with maple syrup
Dessert
- Pavlova with vanilla cream, poached pear, date coconut caramel
