At Fairhill, your dog is part of your day out. Explore the native gardens together, find a shady table at the Gardens Café, and let everyone — paws and all — slow down for time in one of the prettiest estates on the Sunshine Coast.
We've always loved seeing well-behaved dogs trotting through the gardens with their people. So we've leaned right into it: a proper welcome for your pup, somewhere lovely to walk, and treats too.

Your dog's day out in the gardens
Take your time exploring the gardens on lead, then settle in at a comfortable table for coffee and a bite while your dog stretches out beside you. It's relaxed, it's shady, and nobody's going to mind a happy dog under the table.
Puppaccinos & a spot at the Gardens Café
No day out is complete without a treat for the birthday boy or girl — or just for being a very good dog. Order a puppaccino at the Gardens Café (a little cup of frothy goodness made just for dogs) and watch their day be one even better.
The Country Store dog range
While you're here, have a browse through our Country Store. Among the Local Makers' Marketplace selection, you'll find a lovely little range for dogs — treats, toys and cosy roll up beds — perfect for spoiling your own or getting as a gift for a fellow dog lover. Visiting with your dog — the practical bits
A few simple things to keep the day easy for everyone:
- Dogs are welcome on lead throughout — every area, from the gardens to the café, keeping your pup, our gardens and the farmyard animals all happy.
- Water bowls are provided— just ask our team if you'd like a top-up on a warm day.
- Be careful around the farmyard — our resident animals and your dog will appreciate a respectful distance.
- Clean up after your pup — please bring bags with you, and ask our team if you need anything.
- Not sure about something? Just ask us— we're a friendly bunch and we love meeting your dog.
Dog birthday parties at Fairhill
Got a birthday (or a “gotcha day”) coming up? Celebrate it here — the gardens as your backdrop, a puppaccino for the guest of honour, a dog-safe birthday cake, and a get-together for your pup and their best mates.
International Dog Day Weekend
Celebrated annually in August — free treats for all dogs, plus puppaccinos and wonderful walks in the gardens.
