Meet our Local Makers, find handmade gifts, local food and natives grown on the Sunshine Coast, then settle in for lunch at The Gardens Café. Every purchase in our Local Makers' Marketplace goes straight back to the Sunshine Coast makers who made it.
Celebrate the festive season at Fairhill with a delicious seasonal, farm-to-table menu woven through with native bushtucker flavours. We're taking Christmas bookings now for 20 November to 20 December. Advance bookings only and subject to availability — give us a call or drop us an email to enquire and book. An evening of frogs with ECOllaboration: a talk, then a guided frog survey of our dams and creek as the gardens come alive after dark. Tickets are free through ECOllaboration. Food and drink: a cold snack pack of cheese and crackers, fresh fruit, a sweet treat and a soft drink, $20 per person, bought from us on the night. The Gardens Café bar is also open for drinks. 6pm frog conservation talk, then 7pm to 8pm a guided frog walk around the dam.

An hour of hands-on pottery in the gardens, run with Syndicate Creative, the Sunshine Coast pottery studio behind Pottery Classes Sunshine Coast. Thursday 17 December, 11am to 12pm, in the week before Christmas. To book, send Syndicate Creative a DM on Instagram (@syndicatecreativeworkshops) and they will send you the details. Make a morning of it: Fairhill Farmyard Adventures run every half past the hour from 8.30am, and The Gardens Café is open all day for lunch afterwards.

The 2027 date will be announced by Council; it falls on a Saturday in late June each year.
