Fairhill Café Bar
The award-winning kitchen (Diners’ Choice Award, Slow Food Noosa) makes the most of seasonal, local and native ingredients, truly farm to table and paddock to plate from our Bamboo Park home farm ten minutes away.
Breakfasts, lunches and our baking feature pasture raised eggs hand collected daily from our home farm.
Fruits, herbs and veggies are supplied fresh from local greengrocers, our own orchards, or homegrown bushtucker.
Pasture raised meats include Bamboo Park heritage pork along with other Sunshine Coast artisan farmers and growers.
Fairhill’s farmhouse-style Devonshire Teas feature house-baked scones, family-recipe house-made Devonshire Clotted Cream, and local Preserves.
Our honey is from our resident bees who feast on native flowers at Fairhill.
Good coffee is essential and the Fairhill baristas use locally roasted specialty coffee beans direct from small scale farmers who have been producing artisan coffee for generations. Perfect for lovers of strong, smooth and sweet coffee with notes of dried fruit, honey, toffee, dark chocolate and sweet spice..
Whether you like your coffee black, with our creamy Maleny milk or with plant-based milk, this is the perfect coffee. According to Sunshine Coast research, ninety per cent of us want strength without bitterness in our coffee, which has led to the sourcing of traditionally processed beans from the family coffee farms of Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and Sumatra.
Our extensive teas range includes local Yandina Apotheca sticky wildflower chai, Little Wildlings teas, native rosella, along with euphoric sacred blue lotus and butterfly pea flower teas.
Fairhill can also be booked for private functions, daytime and evening, including meetings and events, Spit Pig Hog Roasts, Baby Showers, Birthdays, Christmas Parties, Engagement and Wedding Celebrations.
