The Gardens Café
The Sunshine Coast's farm-to-table garden café
Award-winning seasonal flavours, the peaceful charm of the historic Longhouse Pavilion, rotunda café seating and native botanic gardens. Undercover and garden dining — walk-ins always welcome.
Find your perfect spot at Fairhill
Step into the heart of The Gardens Café, where every corner offers a fresh perspective on nature. Whether you're sipping coffee in the light-filled Longhouse Pavilion, sharing stories in the Rotunda, or exploring the Atrium's lush plants, every moment is a chance to slow down. The garden terraces and lawns are ideal for picnics, quiet reflection, or simply soaking up the fresh air.
Where nature sets the table
Our menu celebrates the seasons with fresh, organic ingredients from our Bamboo Park home farm and local producers — pasture-raised eggs, heritage pork, Phat Wag Wagyu beef, and locally baked sourdough. Our farmhouse-style Devonshire Teas feature real house-made clotted cream and preserves made with strawberries and lemon aspen berries.
Award-winning dining
The Gardens Café at Fairhill is proud to be recognised with the Diners' Choice Award for cuisine, atmosphere and service. Led by WA Chef of the Year, Chef Fraser, our kitchen showcases seasonal, organic, local and native ingredients — true farm-to-table and paddock-to-plate.
Cakes & patisserie
At the heart of every Fairhill creation is a passion for perfection, decades of experience, and a deep love for baking. Each cake, gateau and patisserie is crafted in-house using fresh, locally-sourced Sunshine Coast ingredients — delicate flavours, considered designs, a taste of our coastal home in every bite.
Under cover or in the garden
Choose your setting: the historic Longhouse Pavilion, the Gardens Café Rotunda, the Figtree Marquee or our open terraces. Both undercover and garden dining are available, and walk-ins are always welcome. For all-weather options when rain is forecast, see our All Weather page.
