Grown here, hardened here
Most of the plants we sell are propagated and grown right here on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland — in our climate, in our soil, under our sun. By the time they leave the nursery they're already used to the conditions you'll plant them into.
Healthy when it leaves us
Every plant gets inspected before it goes home with you. We check root systems, foliage, structure and pest health. If we wouldn't plant it in our own garden, we won't sell it to you.
Our guarantee
If a plant fails to establish in spite of correct planting and care within the first season, bring it back with your receipt and we'll work with you to put it right — replacement, store credit, or a chat with our nursery team about what happened. We're realistic about it: gardens are unpredictable, and we'd rather have a long-term relationship with you than win a single argument.

We'll send you home with care instructions, our Planting Guide and a real person you can call if something looks off. Pop in any time with a leaf, a photo or a question.
