At Fairhill we only sell non-invasive clumping bamboo — both native and non-nativevarieties. Clumping bamboo stays put: it grows outwards slowly from a tidy base rather than sending out the aggressive underground runners that give “running” bamboo its bad name. That makes it a brilliant, well-behaved choice for a privacy screen, hedge, pot feature or ornamental centrepiece.

Bamboo is close to our heart. It comes to us from our original Bamboo Parknursery — a specialist clumping-bamboo nursery that has now moved to Fairhill. That heritage means decades of know-how on what actually thrives in Sunshine Coast gardens, and a range we're proud to stand behind.
