The Lilly Pilly Finder is part of Fairhill's Plant Matchmaking Service— answer a few quick questions and we'll pair you with the lilly pilly we grow that best suits your space, screen and soil.

Lilly pillies are the backbone of the Australian native hedge — fast, hardy, evergreen and brilliant for privacy screens, formal hedges and feature trees. They reward you with colourful new-growth flushes, fluffy flowers and edible berries, and many are loved by birds. The trick is matching the mature height to your spot, and choosing a psyllid-resistant selection so the foliage stays clean.

Our range runs from the dwarf ‘Allyn Magic’ at under a metre, through tidy hedging forms, to the magnificent weeping Waterhousea for large gardens — almost all of them Australian natives. Use the finder below to narrow it down by size and job, or come and see them with us in person.

Hedge to feature

Sized from low borders to large trees.
