Booking Terms

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. A Transaction Booking Fee of 3% of your tickets or membership is added at checkout and shown as its own line before you pay. It covers payment processing and is not refundable in any circumstance, including a closure on our side.

A Fairhill Adventures Day Pass admits one person to Fairhill Adventure Gardens for the visit date on the ticket, gates open 8am to 4pm. The arrival time you choose when booking helps us look after everyone on the day; you are welcome to arrive at another time on your visit date.

Show the QR code or ticket code from your email at the gate. One scan covers everyone on the same booking, so please arrive together where you can. A ticket can be used once.

Children need a paying adult or carer with them at all times. Adults come in free with a child holding a day pass or membership; infants under one, registered carers with a paying guest, and Garden Clubs of Australia members with current ID also come in free and do not need a ticket.

Booked the wrong day, or plans changed? You can move your whole booking to another date and arrival time yourself, free of charge, using the link in your ticket email, at any time before your visit date. Moves depend on places being available in the new arrival hour.

Once your visit date has passed, tickets cannot be moved online. Text us on 0494 028 904 and we will do our best to help.

Day passes are non-refundable, except where we have to close. Because you can move your date yourself at no cost, a change of plans is not a reason for a refund.

If Fairhill has to close for your visit date, for example for severe weather or a safety reason, we will refund the ticket cost of unused tickets for that day to the card you paid with. The booking fee is not refunded. We will contact you at the email on your booking.

Refunds we agree to are processed within ten business days and can take a few more days to appear with your bank.

Fairhill is an outdoor place and we open rain or shine. Light rain is part of the adventure and is not a reason for a refund; you can move your date free of charge instead. In severe weather we may close some areas or the whole site for safety; if we close for the day, the refund terms above apply.

To keep the gardens comfortable, we limit how many paid tickets can arrive in the same hour. When you start a booking, your places are held for 30 minutes while you pay. If payment is not completed in that time the hold lapses, the places go back on sale, and nothing is charged.

Farmyard Adventure sessions run every half past the hour from 8.30am to 12.30pm and are included with day passes and memberships. Places in each session are limited and are not guaranteed by a day pass; drop in to the Farmyard early on the day to book your session.

The Fairhill Adventures Membership is month to month or annual. Monthly memberships renew each month and annual memberships each year, on the date you joined, until you cancel. Your price is locked at the rate you joined at for as long as your membership stays active.

Membership gives the named member unlimited entry during opening hours, with the member perks current at the time of your visit. Show your member card QR at the gate. Members do not need day passes.

There is no lock-in. Cancel any time from your member card page or by emailing hello@fairhill.com.au; you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for and no further payments are taken. Membership payments already made are not refundable.

If a renewal payment fails we will let you know by email. Entry is paused until the payment goes through, and a membership that stays unpaid may be cancelled.

We use the name, email and phone number you give us to deliver your tickets, contact you about your booking and, only if you tick the box, send you Fairhill news and events. You can unsubscribe from news at any time. See our privacy policy for the full picture.
