Seeking two more Chefs and qualified Cooks at Fairhill Adventure Gardens, Ninderry. One full time and one part time.
Cook with us at The Gardens Café: farm to table, seasonal, sub-tropical, set in Queensland's original native botanical gardens.
Mentored by our exceptional highly experienced French Chefs, in a kitchen that takes its produce, its patisserie and its people seriously. The food is health focused and inspired by Australian cuisines, with an emphasis on local, seasonal and indigenous ingredients.
Meals on shift, team discounts, and staff accommodation can be provided. Ideally locally resident and looking for long term. Some roles at Fairhill qualify for the 88 days Working Holiday Visa requirement. No sponsorships offered.
Typically 6am to 2.30pm. Includes weekends.

What we are looking for
Demonstrated experience in a commercial kitchen, able to run a service independently after training, and a working knowledge of HACCP, WHS and Australian food safety compliance.
