Farmsitting

We welcome Farmsitters. This is a lovely stop where you can enjoy the best of the Sunshine Coast, taking a break from constant travelling. We provide a level site with electricity and water connections available. You’ll need your own accommodation as no house is provided but you can use a bathroom, kitchen in the nearby house. Involves animal care: chickens, ducks, goats. Can help with restoring botanic gardens, nursery and farm if keen. 2½ hours a day help appreciated. Suit couple or family. Dog welcome, on a lead as we have livestock. Minimum 1 month, maximum 3 months. Previous farmsitters recommend — we have met many lovely people. You’ll take part in our Fellowship of the Gardens on Tuesdays, which is always fun.
