Halloween PumpkinFest
Pumpkin carving and crafts with a real pumpkin to take home, the NEW Haunted Barn, a Trick-or-Treat Trail, the Forest Fairy Trail treasure hunt, ranger-led farmyard adventures, and spooky campfire stories with a costume parade around the bonfire at the end of the day. Phase 1 tickets on sale now.
Halloween PumpkinFest, The Charles Camilleri Connection playing live, Aussie Bird Count
Three in one on Sunday 25 October. Halloween PumpkinFest: brave the brand-new Haunted Barn on your way to Pumpkin Carving, watch out for the Witch, and join the costume parade, with Animal Adventures through the day and toasted marshmallows and spooky stories at the 3.30pm finale. The full Activities Schedule is on our home page. The Charles Camilleri Connection play live for Fairhill Chill from 11am to 2pm: raw, soulful, stripped-back blues from vocalist and guitarist Barry Charles and guitarist and songwriter Paul Camilleri. Settle in for lunch at The Gardens Café, last orders 2pm. Aussie Bird Count: Sunday is the final day of BirdLife Australia's count week. Spend 20 minutes in one spot, note every bird you see, and add them to the national tally with the Aussie Bird Count app or web form. The rainforest gardens, the Wild Nature Realm and Turtle Lake are home to honeyeaters, fairy-wrens, lorikeets, kookaburras and kingfishers.

Everything about Fairhill was wonderful - staff at reception, farmyard staff, cafe staff….super friendly and happy! The selection of native plants for sale was wonderful and the gift shop had lots of unique gift options. Coffee was a godsend by mid morning 🤣 and the gardens were peaceful to wonder through and appreciate the calm and peacefulness.
