What's included

The High Tea experience includes:

  • A selection of savoury and sweet delights, such as mini quiche, housemade scones and various petit fours.
  • Your choice of premium tea or barista-made coffee.
  • A glass of Alejandro Prosecco or a Mimosa on arrival, with our Prosecco and Bush Harvest High Teas.
  • Perfect for special occasions, including birthdays and anniversaries.

Fairhill Morning Tea

$29per person

  • Selection of cakes
  • Cocktail sausage roll or Farmer's Chicken Wrap, with relish on the side
  • Devonshire Tea: scones with strawberry bushtucker preserve & cream
  • Served with freshly brewed tea

Fairhill Classic High Tea

Your Classic High Tea experience includes the full selection of savoury and sweet delights, together with your choice of premium tea or barista-made coffee.

Fairhill Prosecco High Tea

Begin your High Tea experience with a chilled glass of Prosecco “Alejandro”, a beautiful prosecco from Murray Darling SA, with flavours of crunchy green apple and gooseberry.

Fairhill Bush Harvest High Tea

$75per person

Enjoy your Bush Harvest High Tea with a chilled glass of Prosecco “Alejandro”, a beautiful prosecco from Murray Darling SA, with flavours of crunchy green apple and gooseberry. Your Bush Harvest High Tea experience includes the full selection of savoury and sweet delights, together with your choice of premium tea or barista-made coffee, as featured in our Classic High Tea.
