Choose a food and beverage package to the minimum spend and your venue hire is free — a beautiful garden setting for anniversaries, birthdays and Christmas celebrations on the Sunshine Coast.
Planning a party for a special group? At Fairhill, the venue hire fee can disappear entirely. When we look after both the catering and the bar, and you reach the package minimum spend, your venue hire is free — depending on the package you choose.
It means more of your budget goes into the food, the drinks and the day itself, with the gardens as your backdrop. It's a lovely fit for milestone birthdays, big anniversaries, Christmas parties and any celebration where you want to gather your people and let us take care of the rest.
How free venue hire works
Choose your food package
Pick the style that suits your celebration — grazing tables, roaming canapés, a country feast or a plated menu. Food packages start from a $2,550 minimum spend and are negotiable.
Add a beverage package
Let us look after the bar too — drinks on arrival, local tap beer, wines, signature cocktails and non-alcoholic options. Beverage packages also start from a $2,550 minimum spend and are negotiable.
Your venue hire is free
When we provide the bar and catering and you reach the package minimum spend, your venue hire is free — depending on the package you choose. More of your budget goes into the day itself.
Food and beverage packages each start from a $2,550 minimum spend and are negotiable, so we can shape something that fits your group and your plans.
The food package
The $2,550 minimum food package can cover bespoke grazing boards and platters including:
- Appetisers on arrival
- Savoury boards and platters
- Sweet boards and platters, which can include a celebration cake
- For both adults and children
The drinks package
The $2,550 minimum drinks package can cover soft drinks and alcohol, for adults and children. We can serve up to your limit and then change to a pay bar for any additional drinks if your limit is reached.
You confirm which wines, beers, ciders and cocktails you would like included.
Please note: for functions and events it is not possible to take drinks or food home after the event.
